Firstly, this is incorrect, because if a pronoun is used, it should be this to refer to the preceding clause I think you will be very unhappy.
Secondly, the phrase this is because is emphatic and not necessary in contexts
like this. Two sentences can be made into one by using a subordinate
clause with because:
Causeway Bay at 7:00 pm is very busy. If you want to go shopping, I think you will be very unhappy because you can only see people and not any goods.
